10/15/2021 0 Comments Maple Class Potato Cooking!This week was very exciting in the Maple Class as we harvested this year's late crop of potatoes! We had a fantastic surprise when we dug up some big potatoes from our tubs and decided as a group that we would roast them!
We got some salt, pepper, oil and fresh rosemary from the herb garden to season the potatoes with and roasted them in the oven for 30 minutes. We enjoyed the tasty treats with a little barbeque sauce! The Maple Class were super helpers at washi, chopping and preparing the potatoes and we had a wonderful experience seeing the potatoes through from ground to plate.
